Booking Process
Before taking any treatments with us, it is important to contact us and share some information about yourself so we can ensure a treatment is suitable for you, or direct you to the right specialist.
Step 1 - Contact
Please contact us or visit us to let us know what service you are interested, or - if you are unsure - what health issue you are seeking therapy for. We will always keep your information confidential, and share only with internal staff for essential communication for appointment purposes.
Step 2 - Consultation
If you are comfortable, ideally we would ask you to fill out a health questionnaire so that we are able to have a complete picture of what therapies may help you or may not be suitable for you.
If you are not comfortable filling out the health questionnaire before a private consultation, we can offer a free general consultation appointment with the manager who can discuss the therapies and services, and help you fill out the questionnaire.
If you wish to have a proper health consultation with a specialist, you can do so but will be charged for the consultation, and be expected to share your health information at the consultation.
Step 3 - Paying for Treatment
Treatments can either be as individually priced sessions which can be paid on the day (i.e. "pay as you go"), or blocks of sessions can be purchased for cost saving and you can pay that upfront or in direct debit installments.
Some therapies cannot be costed until after a consultation, such as LAT, because a treatment protocol of a number of sessions will be personalised for the intended outcome.
